Apartment for up to 5 people, 2 bedrooms, child-friendly, quiet

Our apartment is located in Obereschach, a village that belongs to Villingen (Villingen-Schwenningen). The apartment is in the 1st Upper floor of an apartment building. The house is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac on a small hill. The apartment was newly renovated and is about 65 square meters. It consists of a large living-dining room, a bedroom with a double bed (1.40m wide), 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.80x2.00m) and a small, well-equipped kitchen. In the living room, the sofa can be folded out into an additional double bed. There is also a guest bed (for a child) and a baby travel bed. A child seat for the table can also be provided.

A bedroom has a small balcony, which is well suited for smokers and much more.

The living rooms and bedrooms have a cork floor and the walls are covered with cotton plaster. This creates a good indoor climate. The wooden beams and ceilings make the apartment very cozy.

There is a play lawn next to the house, which can also be used for barbecues.
There is the possibility to rent an e-bike and a bicycle (price on request).
The Baar lies on the edge of the beautiful Black Forest. From our apartment you can reach Lake Constance, Feldberg and Freiburg in just over an hour. For other attractive places like Titisee-Neustadt or the Vogtsbauernhöfe you only need 35 minutes. In Bad Dürrheim or Rottweil you are in 20 minutes.
But if you prefer to enjoy peace and quiet, take a walk across meadows and fields and soak up the good Black Forest air.
