There was no air conditioning in this brand new house.Had 3 commercial fans and a stand fan to try and keep the house cool in 35 degree weather. I guess we overlooked that detail when booking!!Very crowded subdivision.Homes very tight. Couldn't open the windows very far to get the house cooled No BBQ as advertisedHad to contact owner as oven hadn't been set up aw it was brand new. Had to get a manual from owner and then had to You tube how to set it up.Frying pans were old, Not sure why VRBOs won't put new pans in their units. I won't cook on badly scratched teflon pans.There was only a top sheet on one bed. Found the stack of sheets in the bed drawer the day we left.Owner asked us to take the garbage and recycle bins to the road for pick up. Told him we didn't think that was our job but did it for him.

I’d like to clarify that the house was accurately advertised, and we stand by the details provided. Evergreen Estate is regarded as one of the most sought-after communities in South Eastern Melbourne. While you may have found it crowded or compact, many would strongly disagree, as it's a matter of personal perspective.
Regarding the BBQ – it was never listed as part of the amenities. The under-bench oven is brand new and standard in functionality. I shared the digital manual with you and even provided a helpful YouTube link when you mentioned difficulties using it. I genuinely tried to assist in every way possible.
All the utensils in the home are brand new, just like the rest of the property. Had there been any concerns, I would have appreciated hearing from you—I do regularly check in with guests to make sure everything is going smoothly, but I didn’t receive any response from you during your stay.
On the topic of rubbish bins, it’s clearly stated in the listing that we ask guests to kindly move them to the nature strip on collection day. It’s a short 5-metre walk, which takes no more than 20 seconds. While I understand it might not be ideal for everyone, sending a team just for this would significantly increase the cost of stay. Our goal has always been to offer quality accommodation at an affordable price, which is only possible when we all contribute in small ways.
We are continuously working to improve—central air conditioning is already being installed soon to further enhance guest comfort.
