The top floor comprises the Master Suite with balcony offering sea and city views, full ensuite, bar fridge, tea & coffee making facilities and is spacious enough to be used as a separate living area to give you some private time away from the family or friends.
The middle level is your living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, with modern stainless steel appliances & everything you would require to self cater for your holiday/stay.
There is a 2nd balcony with views across the waters of Seaford Beach, which is renound as one of Melbourne's cleanest/safest beaches. Also on this level is the 2nd twin bedroom and full bathroom with bath tub.
On the ground floor is the 3rd twin bedroom, European style laundry, entrance hall and internal access to private double lock up garage.
With shops,restaurants/cafes & public transport within walking distance, a major supermarket within a km & large shopping complexes a short drive away, we are perfectly positioned for all your requirements.

The Mornington Peninsula has much to offer with a variety of beaches, wineries, restaurants and sight seeing to be explored.
The Queenscliff Ferry departs from Sorrento (only 40 minutes drive away) hourly each day and there are also various weekend markets on around the local areas.
Treat yourself to a delicious lunch or wine tasting at one/some of Victoria's best wineries on offer along this picturesque coastline.
In season, The Strawberry Farm at Main Ridge is the perfect place for fresh strawberries and decadent desserts.
