Reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout; Ceiling fans in bedrooms. Television in lounge room with USB & HDMI ports; DVD player; DVD’s provided for guests; Jigsaws; Puzzles; TV in bunk bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher & large fridge/freezer; Coffee making facilities provided including coffee, tea & sugar sachets. Front load washing machine. Shaded undercover seating & entertaining area; Flat plate gas barbecue; Secure fenced rear yard; Lawned backyard; Netball ring & balls; Fish cleaning sink. Off-street parking for up to 2 cars or 1 car & a boat; No garage access for guests. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Sorry, pets not permitted.
