Malua Bay Coast House - Ocean Views - Short Stroll to Beach

This newly listed charming coastal home is ideal for a family getaway, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Embrace the relaxed South Coast vibe as you enjoy ocean views and the morning sun from the spacious deck. The patrolled beach and park with a new playground are just a short stroll away, while local shops, including a grocery store and butcher, are also within easy walking distance. The new Malua Bay Bowling Club is just 500m away.

Upstairs, you’ll find a modern open-plan fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a dining area that seats 6, and a lounge that opens onto the large deck. The deck has an outdoor table for six and an electric BBQ. There’s also a Master bedroom with queen size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a family bathroom. Downstairs features a spacious combined rumpus/bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, perfect for older kids. The laundry area also includes a shower and separate toilet. Free WiFi provided.

This peaceful coastal retreat is the perfect base for your beach holiday, with all amenities nearby.

Great house in a great location.

The property was exactly as listed. Ingrid was easy to deal with and very responsive when messaging. The location was fabulous, the house had plenty of extras, such as games and DVDs, and ample room to relax if you have children.
