Self-Catering: Complimentary starter essentials are provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and dishwasher tabs. Guests are encouraged to bring their preferred toiletries and groceries for the stay.
Food and Trash Policy: Due to Florida regulations, all open food items are removed after checkout. Trash should be disposed of in the resort dumpsters to maintain cleanliness.
Package Delivery: UPS, DHL, and FedEx packages can be sent to the home during your stay, but note USPS may return packages. We cannot be held responsible for missed or returned packages.
Safety and Security: For added safety, this home is equipped with exterior security cameras (doorbell camera facing the driveway and a camera facing the pool pump). These are strictly for security purposes. Disabling or covering cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.
Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.
Please note that during winter cold months, pool heaters will generally heat the water temperature to 78-82°F and may be unable to go much higher because of the cold ambient temperature.

🚗 Parking
The house accommodates up to 4 vehicles
No parking on grass or sidewalks – Strictly prohibited
One-side street parking only – Follow posted street signs
No street parking on Kaipo Rd. – Unauthorized vehicles will be towed
Tow enforcement: Violators may be towed without warning from 8 PM to 7 AM
👥 Guest Registration
• Before arrival, please provide the full names of everyone in your party who is 18 years old or older. This is required by the resort for gate access and helps us streamline your check-in.
Resort pass sharing is not allowed.
🚭 House Rules
1. No smoking or vaping inside the home.
2. No parties or events—thank you for respecting our neighbors.
3. Resort quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM; please keep noise to a minimum during this time.
