I was very pleased with this town home. I really liked that is was so close to the clubhouse. It may have been a three minute walk.Our only issue we had was with the resort itself. Security at the gate is very tight, which overall is a good thing however, there were several incidences where we booked an uber and they were not permitted pass the gate. This meant that we had to meet our drive at the resort gate rather than the door of our villa.

The house was very clean when we arrived. The little extras were nice, dish detergent, soap, shampoo, etc. Pool area was great, heated pool felt great for the evening swims. Will book for our next trip!

Amazing stay

My wife, my daughter and I stayed for 4 nights. The house and overall property was well kept, clean and safe. We primarily enjoyed the house and private swimming pool, but spent a few hours by the waterpark. Overall it was an amazing experience, and we will definitely stay here again in the future! The property managers had excellent response times.

Lacking in many ways

We never got our entry code to access the property. About an hour prior to our arrival, I texted the host via the vrbo app, no response. After arrival, I tried to call the host multiple times. No response, went to voice mail. We ended up sitting in the parking lot waiting. We eventually called vrbo support, they couldn't reach the host either. Towels were lacking, one wash cloth in the whole town house, 3 hand cloths in the whole house, 2 bath towels ( in sad shape) in each bathroom. Not enough silverware for all guests. Not enough pool towels for all guests (I specifically asked about this in advance)Cleanliness was lacking and a much deferred maintenance. We believe the last guest smoked in the facility, as a very strong odor once we first entered.

Wonderful home

The house was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Loved the Beauty and the Beast theme in the Family Room-Dining area. Our family had a great time. The pool at the condo and the resort pool were clean and well maintained.All staff were pleasant and helpful. We would definitely consider this in our choices for another vacation.

Windsor resort town home

Every stay criteria was a 5 out of 5. We felt the price was fair and the home was clean. Owner was very accessible. The unit was walking distance to the clubhouse. Where The clubhouse amenities were fabulous. The only item I would just recommend is to have a little more comfortable furniture in the main living area. It was still nice, clean and fit the theme of the home. Buy a nice sectional would be a nice addition.

Vacation rental

The over all stay was great for my family. We had 3 teens and a 15 month old, my husband and my mother staying with us. The resort amenities were perfect for the kids and provided awesome down time and breaks from the Disney parks.My initial rating was a 4 overall but it does earn a 5 but with some areas for improvement. Knowing our family was legs, we were not provided with extra garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels - there weren’t even hand towels to dry your hands after dishes. If the kitchen had more supplies (salt, pepper, dish towels, even pot holders to pull pans out of the oven weren’t there) my family traveled from MA and obviously didn’t bring any of that so we had to buy them. We knew buying food was a thing but I was shocked to hav to by extra toilet paper, paper towels and dish towels The house was very clean and well decorated the pool is on the smaller side but the one at the resort makes up for it. Windsor resort staff were very kind and accommodating . The property is in perfect locator the report amenities but tucked away enough for privacy.All in all we were all very pleased

Wonderful place for the family

We checked in seamlessly with no issues except my daughter being added as a guest. There is nothing asking you for guests and it says that your name will get them in the gate , it does but then you need a perking pass from the clubhouse. Be prepared and message the owner with all drivers to save time. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms that are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Having a lot of bathrooms saved us time and fights. The pool was a great amenity as well as well as the water park. Just a few tips. There are barely enough towels for everyone so bring towels and beach towels. We did not even know there were beach towels and extra wash cloths as they were left in the dryer by the maids. If we didn’t need to dry swimsuits we would have never seen the towels and wash cloths. I did advise the manager that it was not real clean and they offered to send them back out but we were settled in and I just wanted them to be advised. The cleaning fee is hearty and they do expect it to be left really clean even though you pay for that service. There was no extra paper goods left and one dish pod for 4 days . Bring paper goods, dish soap and dishwasher pods as well as trash bags as they leave one. Also bring salt and pepper as there is none of that. There are plenty of dishes and pots to use which was amazing but no dish towels at all so the paper towels went fast. I loved the home and its roominess. A little tlc and this is the best place!

The place was clean and I loved all the extras that came with staying in the condo like the community pool, arcade, and putt-putt. The only downfall was the walls had a lot of scratches and even some small wholes. But 10/10 would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home, great location

We had a great stay here. The house was clean and beautiful inside. The owner was always quick in responding to questions. The location is great. It’s an easy drive to Disney World and an easy walk to the clubhouse. We could have used some more towels and dish towels in the kitchen. But, other than that it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

The decor throughout the house put you in the Disney mood. We did text the property manager but did not get a response. One suggestion for the property manager is to have the cleaners wash the comforters between clients. The main bedroom had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. Also, my daughter found moldy sasuage in the microwave.

Nice property

The property was what I expected.Had some trouble getting issues handled.I had reported some minor issues that never where taken care of like the lights around the ceiling of the Star Wars room{ not an issue because we didn`t need that room,the light above the stairs is hanging.Just minor issues to us but could be a problem for someone else.The checkout list left in the house was somewhat different than the one I received from the owner where we were instructed to strip bedding and the one I received from the owner told us not to strip the beds.A little confusing.All in all was a nice stay.

Our stay was very nice, we tried our best not to use any items on the property, but had to use and wash a set of the sheets in one of the kids room, my granddaughters got sick, we made sure everything got cleaned up, and unfortunately some of our guests couldn't come so we only used 2 of the rooms in the house, and we made sure everything was back the way we found it, we really enjoyed our stay, hopefully we can get the same unit next year.

Fabulous!!

This condo was awesome! It is exactly as pictured with the themed rooms and cute decor. It’s so spacious and comfy. My family and I loved it and had no complaints at all. The private pool was so nice. We were busy at Disney and a drive to the beach so we missed enjoying the resort amenities. If/when we come back, we will stay here again! The host was great and very responsive.
