Lucky Charm cottage was built in 1972. Situated in a handy location close to the CBD .Home of the Famous "PINK LADY' Apple & Australia's first mainland truffles. Features 3 bedrooms and a beautifully renovated bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, open plan, living & dining with wood fire and reverse cycle air conditioning & BBQ facilities. Laundry is fully equipped. Plenty of parking space for caravan and boat or both with enclosed backyard for privacy and security for kids. Enjoy the sunset on the front porch with farmland views. Visit the Truffle & Wine Co and enjoy wine tastings and lunch. Attend the cherry festival in December, enjoy the Manjimup International Motorcross spectacular each year. Take the kids to Tall Timbers playground, visit the local Heritage Park & museum. Enjoy morning coffee at Southern Roastery where they roast their own beans, spend the day at Fonty’s pool and have a BBQ or picnic. Play golf at Manjimup Golf Club.

Loved it. Great house very clean neat and tidy. Had all the appliances we needed, I have family that live in Manjimup and they live very close by which is very convenient. Will definitely be staying at this place from now on whenever I visit Manjimup. Much better than a hotel!

Peaceful retreat

Property true to webpage and room photos. Furniture and kitchen very nice and outside bbq was good. Very peaceful location , looking out over fields. Like securely fenced grassed yard as had a toddler
