A dedicated coffee bar with sink and standalone ice maker ensures your mornings start right. This floor also includes a convenient half bathroom and the first of two laundry rooms with full-size washer and dryer.

The first floor offers a second living area with an oversized sectional, 65” TV with soundbar, and a kitchenette with fridge, sink, and microwave—perfect for snacks or coffee. Another half bathroom and a second laundry room with full-size washer and dryer are also located here.

About the Neighborhood - Laguna Key
Tucked away at the very end of West Beach, Laguna Key is Gulf Shores’ most exclusive gated community—and the only neighborhood boasting both Gulf-front and Lagoon-front access. Offering an elevated coastal experience with a private boardwalk leading directly to the sugar-white sands, complete with a shaded pavilion and outdoor shower. Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
