The cozy and modern apartment is just a few meters from the new pearl bay with a sandy beach - ideal for long and relaxing days on the beach. The center with its shops and restaurants is also just a few minutes' walk away.
On 47 square meters you will find everything you need for an unforgettable vacation! Extra bedrooms and high-quality sofa beds can accommodate up to 4 people. You can take care of yourself in the fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner stove and dishwasher. You can start your vacation in a good mood in the bathroom with shower and toilet. And for cozy evenings we have satellite TV and DVD players, numerous books, games and DVDs are waiting for you. Or enjoy the sun on our balcony from morning to evening (2nd Floor).
A parking space directly at the house is available, two bicycle parking spaces also belong to the apartment.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche über Silvester in Büsum und in der Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war stets sehr freundlich.Zwei Sachen sind uns während unseres Aufenthaltes aufgefallen: die Einrichtung der Küche ist in Ordnung, könnte aber eine Modernisierung vertragen. Außerdem empfanden wir die Wohnung als sehr hellhörig, unsere Nachbarn haben wir z.B. deutlich gehört bei Gesprächen.Nichtsdestotrotz können wir die Wohnung empfehlen, da die Lage sehr gut ist und es an nichts gefehlt hat. Auch das große Bett war gemütlich.

Schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung in Zentraler Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Lagune und auch zum Einkaufen sind es nur ein paar Minuten. In der Küche ist alles was man zum kochen benötigt.

Erholsame Tage in Büsum

Die Ferienwohnung bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Für uns zwei Personen war die Größe der Wohnung perfekt. In der Ausstattung haben wir alles gefunden, was wir brauchten. Die Familienlagune ist nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und auch bei schlechtem Wetter bietet Büsum einige tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

Eine schöne Wohnung in toller Lage.

Die Wohnung liegt super, nur wenige 100 Meter von der Perlebucht entfernt und auch in die Innenstadt ist es nicht weit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Völlig entspannt

Hatte eine FeWo gesucht, die als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge praktisch liegt und gleichzeitig gemütlich ist, um auch mal den einen oder anderen Regentag abzuwettern. Das ging super, für's Kind genug Platz zum Spielen, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und Platz außenrum, also mit dem Kleinen auch ganz unkompliziert. Sehr netter und direkter Kontakt zu den Vermietern (über sehr schnell beantwortete emails). Lässt insgesamt keine Wünsche offen, wir kommen wieder :-)

Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und problemlos. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und war schön eingerichtet! Die Lage war super mit Kind 10min zu Fuß in die Fußgängerzone sowie wenige Minuten zur Perlenbucht! Es war ein schöner Urlaub!

Ganz okay

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sich über zwei Stunden hingezogen und die Aussenfassade ist schon abschreckend. In der Wohnung ist alles ok. Die Nummer des Parkplatzes sollte direkt bei der Übergabe bekannt gegeben werden damit man nicht als Analphabet betitelt wird.
