Apartment 2.9 was completely renovated in 2018!

This approximately 45-square-meter, two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the Seemeile. On the balcony, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun to the fullest. The 50-inch Panasonic 4K Ultra HD TV in the living room is also perfect for relaxing.
The lift provides convenient access directly from the underground car park
and the entrance area to the apartment. Please note that
the parking space is a double parking spot. Your car must not be longer than 5
metres or taller than 1.50 metres.

There is also a parking space in the courtyard—this is available free of charge upon request and subject to availability.

The landlord cannot be held liable for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi hotspot.

Ich war schon sehr oft in Büsum und buche immer über AVC Büsum. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr nett, hilfsbereit und vorallem immer erreichbar. Sie finden und haben immer die perfekte Unterkunft für mich. Es ist alles so einfach, leicht und total unkompliziert. Ohne schnik schnak und großem Aufwand. Sei es die Erreichbarkeit, Buchung, Bezahlung oder vor Ort mit der Schlüsselübergabe. Auch wenn man es nicht rechtzeitig zu den Öffnungszeiten schafft, spielt es keine Rolle und der Schlüssel wird hinterlegt. So kann man ohne Stress und Hektik, in aller Ruhe anreisen. Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder nach Büsum und buche über AVC. Besser geht's einfach nicht.

De Wohnung ist für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend und die Lage ist Top. Die Ausstattung war auch gut. Leider war die Couch komplett durchgelesen und dadurch nicht wirklich bequem. Desweiteren fehlte auf dem Balkon ein Sonnenschirm. Ab Nachmittsg war es da kaum Auszuhalten in der prallen Sonne.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Nur wenige Schritte ins Zentrum und zum Watt‘n‘Hus Das Fenster des Schlafzimmers geht leider auf den Durchgang, den alle anderen Gäste des Flures benutzen müssen, so dass es dadurch teilweise recht laut werden kann. Der Doppelparker ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, insbesondere für ein größerer Auto könnte das ein- und ausparken zum Problem werden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, für 2 Personen die richtige Größe.
