Although the map applications made locating the property confusing, once there, it was all that it promised to be - clean, spacious, and comfortable. In addition, Andrea Lin communicated thoroughly and in a timely manner. My family enjoyed our stay in this neighborhood and house. Additionally, there is plenty to do nearby, and very close to the train station for access to the rest of the city.

Super clean and very convenient from the JR Otsuka Station. Had everything we needed for our week-long stay. Some streets might be too narrow for taxi to pass through. Should plan out a way to drive to the house if using taxi.

Easy check in. Very good location with 10 minutes to Otsuka and Sugamoshinden stations, nearby services, restaurants as well as 20 minute walk to Sunshine City and Ikebokuro area. This is a new building so very comfortable. 3 minute walk to 7-11.

Amazing House

The house was very clean when we arrived. The host was very helpful when we had questions. Very easy to get to from the train station and many places to eat nearby! The washer/dryer was helpful to have. I'll definitely book again when I come back to visit Japan!

Great area to stay in Tokyo, new whole house to yourself!

We were 5 people, and each of us had space for family time as well as individual time. 3 floors helped give us privacy and space, and everything was very new and easy to use. Everything was clean and organized. We were able to communicate easily with the owner and she was quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. We would definitely come back in the future again!

Great place for families

A truly immaculate house located only a 10 min walk from Otsuka station. House had everything we needed and had more than enough room for our family of four. We got lost getting to the house and Andrea came and met me and helped guided the taxi driver to the location. Her husband rode with us and they paid for the taxi. They also called us a taxi because it was raining. We will definitely stay here again when we stay in Tokyo. Best house ever and great service. Thank you so much for all of your help!!!!

We had a very comfortable stay at the White House. We cooked in the house frequently and it is close to supermarkets. It’s easy to eat out as well with the 7-11, lots of other restaurants and Otsuka station very close. Also, walking distance to Ilebukuro which is a bonus. We enjoyed that walk frequently. Playground for the children around the corner. Three good sized bedrooms meant we could have some privacy compared to the more traditional Japanese houses that we’ve stayed in. Communicating with the host was very straightforward because they responded quickly and were always happy to help. Thank you
