Contemporaty modern apartment in First Light, 1 street away from the beachfront, in the heart of Mooloolaba beach. You will love it's location.
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large balcony and ocean views. Walk to the flagged beach of Mooloolaba in a couple of minutes. Walk to all the cafes and shops. The Wharf is just 10 minutes walk.
1 Queen bed and 2 Single beds, plus a sofa bed in living for 1 additional child. Sleeps up to 5 guests, 4 adults maximum.
Brand new air conditioning installed October 2025, WIfi and secure parking.
The resort offers BBQ facilities, a lap pool and sun loungers and a Gym!
No pets nor smoking. No parties or functions.
