Comfortable and well equipped lower level suite with large windows, excellent for a quiet stay in Red Deer. Clean and conveniently located. We were in the city for an event at Red Deer Polytechnic and it only took us 10 minutes to drive there. Very accessible to the shopping in south Red Deer, and to the Westerner. Oksana was very quick to respond to my emails. I will be back if I need to be overnight in RD again.
Responsive host. Cozy little apartment. Beds were comfortable. My kid liked it, and told me to give a good review. So teenager approved. Thank you so much.
We enjoyed our stay. It was enjoyable and issue -free
The property had the conveniences of home. The kitchen was well prepared with all the appliances one needs. Plenty of towels for your use. It was a spacious place which allows for some privacy. The host was very accommodating to our needs and provided timely answers to any questions we had. The host was polite and helpful. There were no issues from the start of checkin to end of checkout. We would definitely go back.

Accommodation alright, but issues with access.Unfortunately our stay here was spoiled due to the access code being changed on day 2 of our stay, without any notice. We were out visiting family and returned mid afternoon and were unable to access the property, the contact details on the booking confirmation did not work (number invalid) and after regaining access we realised the information provided inside the house was different to those quoted in the limited comms. We eventually made contact with someone via the "ring" doorbell, who first told us the keyless entry didn't work well in the cold (this is in Alberta during the winter, so if this is a known issue why rely on it?) and then told us they had changed the code. neither the old or new code worked. the person then sent their mother out, who turned up 20 mins later and made the same attempts we had and then said they had to go and fetch the key, another 20 mins later she returned with a key and we finally gained access after an hour of being stuck outside in the cold temperatures. Despite asking, no reason was given as to why the code had been changed, or why the key was not brought on the first visit.Additionally the location information did not specify that parking and access to the property was from the rear and not on the road address provided.Other than that, the property was ok, personally, I wouldn't call the large lounge area cozy and the sofa was either old or very well used making it uncomfortably low.
There was a problem with the gate which needs a repair. There was a smell when we first walked in that my friend indicated was smoking related. The couch was a little low to the floor( could use legs). The kitchen was well equipped though a wine bottle opener was missing.(I carry one though just in case). Towels hadn’t been hung up in the bathroom but a plentiful supply was found in the washer and dryer cupboard. It would be helpful to have t- towels for drying dishes. On a positive note, the beds were super comfortable. And the place was spotless. The layout was great and felt spacious. What was lacking was an outdoor sitting space. There was a bench but the area wasn’t particularly appealing. Overall, it was great value for money and my friend and I enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to main roads.
