The accommodation is on top of other accommodation and their car parks at the front of the front door making it difficult to leave of a morning. I can clearly and loudly hear you going upstairs to the neighboring place.

Small but clean and practical. Bed was comfortable, however it had a sort of lean to the mattress. Ice cold AC which was great. A tv would have been great, as there was none. There was no iron/ironing board, but the owner supplied one for us, which was helpful. The unit inside was very clean and modern despite the exterior appearance.The showerhead was broken however the owner organise a repair the very next day. The unit was supplied with the basics for the kitchen and great sized shampoo, condition and body wash. Great quiet location, super close to Westfield Mt Gravatt. Unfortunately the upstairs neighbours on night one and two of our stay were ridiculously loud, stomping footsteps and loud audible conversations! Though we enjoyed our stay, I did find the entire check in process providing proof of ID to be over the top. Check out similar with having to provide a photo of the key in the lockbox.. all of which is time-consuming and unnecessary. But otherwise, it was a good place to stay :-)
