Timber floors throughout and open plan kitchen with everything you will need including panty, gas cooktop and dishwasher. Separate formal dining room with eight seater dining table and four seater bar. Balcony off the living area with outdoor setting to relax and take in the view and balcony off the back living area.
The large main bedroom has a king sized bed, study desk, ensuite with his and hers vanities, bidet and walk in robe. Balcony with views off the main bedroom.
On the second level is a spacious bedroom with queen bed, built in robe and study desk and the third bedroom has two single beds and built in robe. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower.
Full laundry with storage and washing machine and Dryer. There is lock up parking for two cars and secure off street parking for two cars.
Outdoor pool that can be used at anytime
Only a few minutes walk to Local cafes, restaurants, Coles Supermarket, Hamilton Hotel and an array of shopping in Racecourse Road

Wow wow wow , this house is amazing, close walking distance to the ferry, coffee shops and restaurants. There was nothing that I thought the house was missing. We would highly recommend. We will definitely be back.
The location of the property was ideal for attractions we wanted to see. Dan Murphys at the end of the street was a bonus Being able to return to the property and jump in the pool was the best way to unwind after a day out. Would recommend this property and the host Brigette was able to respond to questions within an hour. Thanks for having us and making our time in Brisbane perfect.

A lovely location
This property is perfectly situated within walking distance of the ferry terminal and close to good restaurants and cafes. It is a big rambling house with lots of room to spread out and great views over the river from the upstairs deck. A few tweaks to the furniture and some small maintenance items to be addressed and then this would be absolutely perfect.
Beautiful property too many stairs for 2 and 4 year Olds and 72 year old with a sore knee.Bins where full and very smelly. Frying pans where dirty swimming pool was dirty other than that everything else was good
This house is very well situated and it is a very quick walk to the ferry and into Hamilton. It was spacious and well designed for our family. We got off to a rough start as when we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous occupants. Beds were slept in and the house was clearly not ready for new guests. It was very tricky as we arrived on the Sunday before Christmas. We were fortunate enough to contact the Host (even though it was out of hours) who apologised profusely for the error and worked hard to find someone to come and clean it. We were unable to move in until 8:00 pm that evening meaning we had to cancel the dinner we were hosting and eat out instead. As we had food (ham, chicken, turkey) with us ready to cook, this was problematic and expensive for us. Having said that both the host and the owner were very apologetic and offered us some financial compensation. IDespite the frustrating start, we did enjoy our 9 days here. The most disconcerting thing was that the owner has a granny flat as an internal part of the house. Whilst the concertina doors were locked there were gaps that you could see through (both ways) and we were never sure if someone was there or not. One night, there were lights so we were a bit confused. I really think they need to include this in the description as we were under the impression that we had rented the whole house. Overall we would stay again as it served us well.
The house was in beautiful condition, very close to the bretts wharf so easy public transportation throughout the city. All necessities were supplied throughout so made it easy. The outdoor area was our personal favourite!
