We had an amazing stay. Clean and very homey. Only thing is the 2nd bedroom states it has a king bed and it is not but a queen maybe a full size. Overall had a great stay and will be back.

Very poor host communication. We asked if there were elevators. We were told yes. This building absolutely has no elevator. Moldy shower curtain. We sent a message about the shower curtain and never received a reply on that one. We love Santa Rosa dune. We will never choose this condo or property management again. Choose a condo that is directly managed by the owner.

Santa Rosa Dunes

Had a good stay and witnessed the first snow storm in years on Pensacola Beach. Condo was nice and clean. I like that it was right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to the shops and restaurant's.

The start was wonderful. Direct view to the bay. The pool is huge but freezing. We couldn’t get in but it is March. It was advertised as 2 king beds and there was only 1. The other was a queen. I even measured it. We had a great time and would stay again if we only had one couple

Booked the condo for a quick four day Get away with my family. It was a great choice! The condo is beautiful on the inside and had plenty of room for us. The property was quiet & nice. The pool area was so much fun for the kids. They loved it. We were there every day the condo also has easy access to the beach across the street & great views from the patio of the sound. The area is close enough to restaurants , shopping, and activities. I would definitely book here again!!!

Unit was very clean and as lusted! Everything in the unit worked well with no problems or disappointments! Pool is fantastic.only mention and not a complaint, is the amount of stairs to climb to get everything in the unit. If you have physical limitations, this may be a consideration! We had a great time!

Please be aware of the stairs! This unit is at the top and you have to walk up several flights of stairs. Just to get there. Then once you are in, the 2 bedrooms are upstairs and the set of stairs leading up to those rooms - and i would be shocked if those stairs are up to code- it is very dangerous. My athletic 15 year old daughter fell on the stairs, slid down and landed hard and injured herself. My husband and I are Middle Aged and he is in excellent shape but we both were terrified to walk down them. Had to turn sideways and take them one by one since our average size feet were too big for how narrow they were. If you have mobility issues- this is NOT the place for you. So glad I didn’t bring my parents with us.
