Owners Pete and Tracy live in Montrose, CO and very much enjoy the chance to get away to beautiful Rocky Point. Pete is a retired College Professor in CIS/CS and Tracy is a retired business owner in the gifts and accessories industry.
Why they chose this property
Amazing location in the center of the resort, directly above the pools, jacuzzi's, and of course, the Sea of Cortez. Right next door, there is also a 2 BR, 2 BA unit which may be available for larger parties (up to 14 total) as both are offered by the owners if available at the same time.
What makes this property unique
Great for kids with several pools (all connected, jacuzzi's, and even a slide)
