Fresh Remodel! This amazingly remodeled custom condo has one of the greatest views in Puerto Penasco. Enjoy west facing sunsets right from your private patio as you bask in the beauty of the Sea Of Cortez. New appliances, new bathrooms, and a beautiful kitchen will make coming home from your excursions feel like paradise. Enjoy multiple pools, hot tubs, and a gym fit for royalty. Just a few steps from the sand or a two-minute walk to nightlife and restaurants galore.

Freshly painted with a palm theme, this condo offers a master suite with king bed, balcony access, and attached private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The resort allows for 6 people in a 2 bedroom condo including children over 2 years old. The amazing private balcony faces west for the best sunset views! This condo has free Wi-Fi.

Guest wristbands are provided at the resort desk and check in to the condo is with Smart Lock. Wristbands allow access to all the resort amenities, including 3 pools, a swim up bar, a jacuzzi, a Sport Court with tennis, basketball, & pickle ball, a gym, and a kid's play area. The Sea also boasts the Restaurant de Ramon inside the resort, a favorite with locals and visitors.

Guest wrist bands available at the resort desk. Smart Lock condo check in. Resort staff is available to answer resort property questions. A host is always available to answer other questions you may have, simply send a message through AirBNB.

The Sonoran Sea resort is within walking distance to other wonderful places in Sandy Beach, including Chango's Bar, Garufa Steakhouse, Sonoran Grill located in the Sonoran Spa, and the best place for live music, Banditos Cantina.

Parking is free and driving around this small town is pretty easy. Be prepared for heavier traffic around Rocky Point and the Male-cone.
The condo will be ready for you. However, in some cases we do leave the hot water heater off. As you enter the condo, go to the laundry room and flip on the switch on the wall that looks like a simple light switch. Turn is off upon your departure.

Internet is provided for free and the SSD and password are located on the box or on a small frame provided in some condos.

This was a great location to be able to walk back and forth to Banditos. Unit was fine, clean, and the owners were responsive. A little understocked but was clean and worked perfect for our group.

Our long weekend

We enjoyed our first trip to Rocky point, the location of the condo was great. Beautiful views and comfortable beds. Many thanks for the beach chairs and towels, We had all we needed but would have liked one empty kitchen cabinet for groceries. For sure we’ll be return guests! Only bummer… our name was not at the front gate upon arrival, along with a rude employee, check-in was no fun. Note also, the master shower and floor were very slippery when wet. Just wanted to make you aware of this, we are also air B&B owners. Thank you for sharing your condo See you next trip
