Located close to the town center and Lac Latécoère, come and settle into this charming first-floor apartment (no elevator) in a residence with a swimming pool open in summer (July and August) and a private parking space.

Accommodating 4 to 5 people, the apartment offers a living room (with sofa bed) and balcony, 2 bedrooms, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate WC.

The residence is less than 2 km from the town center and shops, 800 m from Lac Latécoère, and 10 km from the ocean beaches and Lac de Maguide.

A security deposit check of €500 is required, which will be refunded after your departure if everything is in order.

Bon séjour dans un appartement très spacieux avec un grand balcon. Literie moyenne (clic clac). Piscine sécurisée et chauffée. Bonne localisation à 2/3 min du centre ville et 15 min de la plage en voiture. Beaucoup d’activité aux alentours grâce aux flyers donnés par l’agence. Dommage que c’était au 2eme étage sans ascenseur et que la photo de l’annonce porte à confusion (car l’appartement est de l’autre côté de la piscine, non visible sur les photos). Pas de climatisation, juste un ventilateur.

Parfait pour séjour en famille

Très bel appartement, bien situé au calme. La voiture est indispensable pour aller au lac ou à la plage mais cela n'a pas été un pb pour nous. La piscine de la résidence est appréciable, juste en face de l'entrée du bâtiment. L'appartement est hyper bien équipé.
