Oceanfront Family Friendly with Outside Play area, BHI. This oceanfront home was built with family fun in mind. Completely renovated in 2019 the upgrades are sure to wow you! Wraparound porches, a ping pong table and horseshoe pit provide outdoor entertainment. A gourmet kitchen, whimsical architecture and ocean views offer guests a memorable stay. Sleeps 10 (max.). 4 bedrooms with additional sleeping in the den (1K-1Q-1Q-2T-1S). 4 full baths. (1) 4 passenger cart and (1) 6 passenger cart. HD SATV. Direct beach access. 7 night minimum year round. Sunday/Sunday. 4:30 p.m. arrival/9:30 a.m. departure.

Check-in and out days in summer season is Sunday-Sunday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 4:30pm property check-in and 9:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 4:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 9:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family of 16 people have been spending our summer beach vacations at Bald Head Island for 23 years. We just found our forever favorite house for 10 of us on the Island. Cape Watch Cottage is remarkable with every detail cleverly thought through. The Homeowners have every kitchen gadget and bar item you could want. Beach chairs and outdoor family fun with the ping pong table and horse shoe pit is fabulous. The wrap-around porch with outdoor bar, rockers, hammock and little nooks here and there is so relaxing. The herb garden is extensive and the fresh produce was so much appreciated. We anticipate many more summer weeks at Cape Watch Cottage in the years to come. Intracoastal Realty was superb to work with and took care of any concerns we had. Their attention to detail and responsiveness was excellent. This was a First Rate vacation and comes highly recommended.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time on BALD HEAD ISLAND and the house where we stayed offered everything we needed. It was clean and the kitchen was very well-equipted. The grounds were very well-kept and there was lots of furniture in various places outside the house to sit in and enjoy. It was a lot farther away from the beach than I had imagined from seeing the pictures but other than that it was a very nice house and we would highly recommend it.

House was ok.

Working with the rental company was easy, even with help during our stay. Home was a little further from beach then we expected. Home was not the cleanest, could use a good deep cleaning. Overall appearance was fine. House was well stocked with everything you would need and had a lot of chairs to entertain large groups all over the home. Would pick a different house next time.
