About this property

Our vacation rental sleeps 6 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a king and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Living room has a cable TV with DVD player. Both bedrooms also have cable TVs.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy self check in and out.Only had two small draw backs sliding patio door is almost unusable.And toilet in second bath will not stop running.Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances.Great view and quiet location.

Great Place and hope to stay again

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The unit was nice and spacious. It had everything we could need and the facility was nice as well. We really liked the balcony and heated pool. It was clean and well equipped. We hope to stay here again and would recommend it as well. The only negatives were the check out time being at 9am. We would have hoped for at least 10am. And we want to let you know that our son got bit by something in his room. We are not accusing you of having bed bugs but want you to be aware. We don't know what was biting him but he woke up twice with bites on his arms and legs. We checked the bed thoroughly and didn't see anything so we are not sure what it was. Perhaps a bug got in from outside and it was something other than a bed bug (hopefully) but we want you to know that there was something in there. I hope it has moved on. Also we reached out by email to ask for a later check out but never heard back. We were not aware of the payment policy that it had to be paid in full prior, unlike a hotel stay; our first time doing this. When a warning email did arrive, we promptly paid. I had to follow up to make sure the mailed payment was received. For our first hand at a VRBO, overall it was good. Hopefully this unit will be available next year.

Our winter getaway!

Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy this condo's floor plan, the resort, location, and view of the Gulf. ECDI and Long Beach front office were both prompt with anything we needed. Excellent Views!

Beautiful condo with amazing beach views from balcony or anywhere in the condo. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, amazing master shower and fully stocked kitchen. Host was always responsive to questions and responded in timely response. Great location and close to lots of things to do! We will return for another visit !
