Loved staying here at Splash resort! Comfy beds, beautiful views. There is some noise in second bedroom because it’s close to elevators, but we loved the convenience of being right off the elevator. Would stay again!

This was a nice ocean front property. Loved having the free beach chairs and umbrella. We had to contact the owner with a minor issue, and he had it resolved within minutes of our call. Overall nice place to stay.

It was a great stay! I’d stay again. We didn’t have trash bags or extra paper towels. I reached out to both the owner and house keeper and never received a response. We ran down to target and bought some but that was just a slight inconvenience. A response just would’ve been appreciated!

The location was perfect, close to the beach and pools and right off the elevator. Also being on the 3rd floor we could take the stairs if needed. This was often the case as there are only 2 elevators for all 21 floors.The beach chairs and umbrella service was very nice to have every day. Loved the balcony and view! Perfect to have morning coffee and sit in the afternoon when the little needed a nap, can still see the ocean and hear the waves.Please be aware when coming to this unit, you will need to bring extra of the following:hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher soap/dish soap, a scrub pad for pans, toilet paper, food wrap or baggies, there are NO spices or any seasonings, (unlike other places that I have stayed in). Overall this was a nice place to stay for a beach vacation, this gave the little a place to play in the pool that was shaded in the afternoon after a day of too much sun.

Great experience and very nice resort. Clean room. Only complaint is the door does not lock from the inside and small children can open the door. Also, pools were not heated as advertised. I suggest the resort add another hot tub. Other than that, great condo.

Beautiful and convenient

Balcony view was so beautiful and I love being on the 3rd or 4th floor. Right at the elevator and never had to wait long on the elevator. We had plenty of space and the condo was clean. Definitely 10/10 recommend.

Nice condo. The room was located directly in front of elevator which we loved. Shower door in guest bath is hard to open and close and the pull out couch was broke so one side would fall down. But..other than that we really liked it.

Fun Place for kids

Our host was great very quick to respond to all our questions Before and during stay everything we needed was there to enjoy the condo and beach chairs to enjoy on beach. Our great grandson loved the place had a blast!! Second year in a row we stayed at Splash.
