Great set up for a large family. There was heaps of space and it was very close to the beach. We had an excellent visit

the amenities are good. Its lack a bit of cleanliness, floor and dining table were sticky (probably used the wrong cleaning product), the dining stool were all sandy, one of the double bed sheet, (one against the window were sandy and had stain on it). If there is a mop there would be good.

Amazing spot clean but for the money you pay you expect the furniture at least to be in a good condition. Many times at the area and booking through the professionalas not going back to the same house

Holiday homes do show normal wear over time, but items should remain functional and presentable for the price point, and we’ve recorded this for review and replacement where required. The images used to promote this property are incorrect. Verandah furniture is falling apart, bbq was filthy with cigarette butts & spider webs, and clearly had not been used or cleaned in a long time. Internally the property was reasonable but did not have the inclusions specified in the listing. Location however was great. Didn't really deliver on the advertised 'quality' of the property.

All properties are professionally cleaned prior to arrival, however outdoor areas such as BBQs and verandahs can sometimes be affected by weather, coastal conditions, or wildlife between services. If something is not to standard on arrival, guests are required to notify us at the time so our team can address it promptly. As outlined in our booking terms, issues must be reported during the stay so we have the opportunity to resolve them. The property inclusions are also clearly listed in the advertisement so guests can review what is provided prior to booking.
