Spacious, stylish and filled with art and books, this Balmain home is quiet but in walking distance to restaurants, shops and cafes. Just ten minutes from the city by bus or catch a ferry. Features a huge attic room the size of a small apartment, with a king bed and it's own lounge area. Enjoy a large second bedroom with a queen bed and quality mattress. With high ceilings, beautiful fittings and all modern conveniences, you will love the eclectic and comfortable aspects of this large home.
Bask or breakfast in the summer courtyard, abundant with plants. You will enjoy the morning light that fills the kitchen and dining area.
Stylised recently refurbed bathroom featuring shower and generous bath. Towels, blow dryer and shampoo provided. Washer and dryer cupboard for all your laundry needs.
The owner loves quality beds, linen and living, so you too will get to enjoy luxurious and comfortable sleeps.
Everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay is supplied. Cooking facilities excellent and a great washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Park permit supplied for street parking if you need it.
