This thoughtfully appointed stay offers an inviting, light-filled layout that flows seamlessly to generous alfresco living and dining areas with expansive views overlooking the harbour.

Downstairs, an open kitchen and dining area have all you need to cook and enjoy meals, including a six-seater table and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. You can also choose to dine alfresco on the balcony, where an outdoor table and BBQ grill provide the ideal setting to kick back and entertain while you soak up the renowned Darwin sunset.

The main living area includes a generous sofa where you can settle in with a movie, while split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans will keep everyone comfortable year-round. A second lounge area and kitchenette upstairs offer convenience and ease; however, please note that the upper level is only accessible via a steep staircase.

Two light and airy bedrooms downstairs each include a queen bed, sleeping four guests, with an additional two guests accommodated on two single beds upstairs. Both have split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom also features an ensuite, while a full bathroom is available on each level and includes a shower, vanity, and complimentary toiletries.

Added conveniences include Wi-Fi, a private washing machine and dryer, and garage parking for two cars. Please note that the stairs in this property are quite steep and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or for families with young children.

Other local attractions include Charles Darwin National Park and Lookout, the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory, and the George Brown Darwin Botanic Gardens.
