Come and discover the beautiful medieval town of Dinan and stay in this magnificent half-timbered house, typical of the Brittany region! Situated right in the town centre, leave your car behind and set off to explore the town’s charming cobbled streets with friends or family, or head to the stunning Emerald Coast and its breathtaking scenery.
This 4*-rated 16th-century building offers 140 m² spread over three floors and boasts all the comforts you need for a wonderful stay: a living room, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, four bedrooms – one of which has its own en-suite bathroom – and two shower rooms.

Important information: Rue du Coignet will be under construction from 21 September to 23 October inclusive. During this period, the road will be closed to traffic and the Auberge du Coignet will only be accessible on foot

The house:
Situated in a lovely neighbourhood, this property is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:
- A lovely dining room with a large dining table seating 8.
- A very cosy living room with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a table seating 2, a TV, a washbasin and a decorative fireplace.
- A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo pod coffee machine…

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm)
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm)
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a pull-out bed (sleeps 2, 90 cm x 190 cm) with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath and a washbasin.
- A shower room with a shower, a washbasin, storage space and a toilet.
- Separate toilet.

Second floor:
- Bedroom 4: a large, sloped-ceilinged room with exposed beams, featuring two separate areas: on one side, a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and, on a lower level accessible via three steps, a pull-out bed (sleeps 2, 90 cm x 190 cm), a child’s desk, a coffee table and a TV.
- A shower room with a shower, a washbasin, storage space and a toilet.

- Bus: Route 3 to Léhon via Dinan; Route 11 from Dinan to Dinard; Route 12 from Dinan to Saint-Jacut.
- Dinan railway station is 2 km away (6 minutes by car)
- Pleurtuit-Dinard Airport is 17.3 km away (22 minutes by car)

Neighbourhood:
The house is situated in the heart of Dinan’s historic centre, just a few metres from the Basilica of St-Sauveur and its charming square, as well as the English Garden, which offers a unique view of the River Rance and Dinan harbour from the top of the ramparts!
Just a few metres away: art galleries, restaurants, outdoor cafés, shops, public transport and other amenities. Everything is within walking distance!
