What a beautiful home and property! Gorgeous setting and great pool and hot tub. Everything you would need is provided. The fresh fruit that was freshly picked was a lovely touch. Very gracious hosts! We only wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks again!

Memorial Day Stay
Family loved the place! Fruits on the property and the view was amazing. Host and his some were very accommodating to let us know about the area and even showed us around to the place. Gave us ideas of what to do while there. Will definitely look to book this location again

Beautiful property and so close to everything! Owners and property manager very friendly and easy to contact, in fact they have sent my daughter some additional pictures of a lamb on their property that she fell in love with weeks after our stay there.
The home is on a large estate. You're only surrounded by nature. Inside the house has all the comforts and amenities of home. Outside you have your own private pool, jacuzzi, sheep farm and fruit orchard. We helped ourselve to oranges, cacao, soursop, papaya and coconuts. And the view of the sunrise over the ocean between all the coconut trees was completely epic! We will definitely return .

This VRBO was outstanding in every way. It was clean, had every amenity a person could want, an extremely responsive property manager, and an absolutely breathtaking view. It was comfortable and a treat to come back to after a day of visiting family and sightseeing. It is beautifully upgraded, very quiet, and has an expansive grassy area and tropical plants surrounding the property. There are even sheep grazing in a fenced off area. Lyman, the property manager, was friendly, easygoing, and on top of things. He even left fresh tropical fruits for us, and took great care in ensuring everything was in proper working order at the unit we stayed in. I can’t say enough good things about Lyman!Overall, staying here was a real find and we look forward to our next stay at this property.

Perfect stay at the perfect property
This rental was incredible. The property was amazing, with a tropical orchard and gardens, sweeping ocean views beyond a sparkling pool and friendly sheep. Every detail was mindfully tended to: a spotlessly clean home, beautiful handcrafted wood furnishings, tons of bath and beach towels, a fully stocked kitchen with all the dishes, pans, and minor appliances you could need. This home faces a gorgeous copse of trees and palms that line the oceanfront. The spacious house was optimally designed to maximize your enjoyment of the ocean with the lanai, kitchen, dining room, living room and primary bedroom all facing this gorgeous view. On site were two lovely people: Jackie and Lyman who were there maintaining the property, talking story and sharing the bounty of the garden- fresh pineapple, papaya, macadamia nuts, green onions, beans, tomatoes and so much more. We loved the sustainability efforts that the owners have taken, the house, pool and hot tub, even the air conditioning, were solar powered! Everything from the smart toilets, the laundry and dish detergents, the hand soaps and the shower amenities were thoughtfully chosen to be eco friendly. This is our 17th trip to the islands and our 5th time to Hawaii Island, so we have stayed in our fair share of rentals. This house was by far the most comfortable, well appointed one we have had the pleasure to enjoy. They go the extra mile to show their guests true Island Style and Aloha.
