• BougainVilla’s garden and entrance is a forest of bougainvillea and dramatic color explosion. When entering the villa, the sea view is front and center. The easy flow of design leads from one space to another and the circular entrance hall with a locally crafted console snuggly fits the curved walls with the sweeping staircase gliding up on the other side. BougainVilla has windows everywhere and the sunlight pours in giving a feeling of spaciousness with inside, and outside living. The ground-floor bedroom opens to one of the large terrace seating areas and has a separate sitting room and bathroom which can also be used as an extra bedroom for up to 2 children. The design is neutral, very comfortable with splashes of color, local artwork, and carefully chosen furnishings, and gives a feeling of calmness.

The extra-large terrace across the front of the villa has 3 comfortable sitting areas, a beautifully night-lit bar, and outside dining.

On the upper level, there are 4 more bedrooms, 3 of which are open to a balcony or shared oversize terrace which can double as a nighttime bar area at sundown.

A sitting room with comfortable sofas that can be converted into a queen-size bed to accommodate 2 children or one adult, it connects to the small powder room which includes a shower. For privacy, the bathroom door to the hallway can be locked to make it an en suite bathroom for this bedroom. Please note this extra sitting room/bedroom does not have full closets and is not comparable to the other 5 bedrooms in the villa.
