Perfect home for a family! We came into town for a wedding and loved staying here. So close to so many things to do with a family. The home was set up perfect for our family and the primary bedroom closet fit a pack n play perfectly! The owners were also so sweet and informative. They have done a great job at creating a welcoming home away from home.

Convenient, cozy stay in Pasadena

We were delighted to find such a great house within walking distance to the Rose Bowl and close to downtown Pasadena. The house was clean, comfortable and perfect for our group of three. The kitchen had everything we needed too. Our host, Linda, was wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate us (the snacks were such a nice touch — thank you!).

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The owner, who was available in the attached unit, was extremely nice. While not in the heart of downtown, it is very convenient. There are many amenities within a very short walking distance (Starbucks, supermarket, subway sandwiches). Plus, you can walk to pasadena's best restaurant row on Union street in about 10-15 minutes. We noticed that people walked to the rose bowl from the neighborhood for events and to do daily runs.

Everything was perfect! Linda and Roger were highly communicative and gracious hosts! The space is well-decorated and designed. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen is full stocked. We were able to make ourselves some meals to save on the money we wanted to spend on concert merch! We planned to go down early, but were so comfortable and relaxed in our space that we spent the whole afternoon at the house! Best of all, it was an enjoyable walk to and from the Rose Bowl. We came back to find people waiting on our corner for their Ubers! Highly recommend!

Great home, rude property manager.

The property was lovely, the owner of the home was kind and came past to welcome us. They seem to use a separate property management company that was rude and unprofessional. They overbooked on the last day and we had to rush out after being informed via text at 11 pm at night that the extended stay offered to us was no longer available and that they were expecting a new guest to check-in at 11:30 am. Just 30 minutes after our scheduled check-out time. The owner offered a separate adjacent property if needed but we were okay with the regular check-out time. However, the cleaning person came in without knocking ten minutes prior to check out as we were getting ready to leave which was inappropriate and caught us off guard. The experience dealing with the property manager, Ron really put a damper on what otherwise was a joyful experience. However the owner of the home was very kind and I wish all great things for her and her family.
