Join us for the holiday season! Our home will be decked out in holiday decor. We tend to book out fast, so be sure to book sooner rather than later. Fun and relaxation awaits you in our home! Step into a cool and cozy home that will accommodate your large group gathering and getaway. Our home welcomes you with luxurious furnishings and amenities to make your stay unforgettable. Enjoy dinner and drinks in the open dining/family room. There’s lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit, & charcoal grill to enjoy meals al fresco. Keep yourself entertained with an arcade system with over 3,500 games, board games, a giant Connect 4 & Jenga.

The Space:
Bring the whole family! The property consists of the main house and a separate guest house. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a small sitting area. The 2 houses are only separated by an outdoor hallway. You will have access to both the main house and guest house for the duration of your stay.

Relax in the backyard and gather around the fire pit making s'mores after a day of exploring. This is the perfect home away from home!

The home consists of one floor, so there's no need to worry about climbing stairs.

Main House

The main house features an open concept area with a living room, family room, and dining area. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. We also provide complimentary:

* Tea
* Bottled water
* Snacks

The laundry room with a washer and dryer is located right off the kitchen. The family room opens out to the patio space where you'll find a dining table, patio furniture, fire pit, and games to play. The 3 bedrooms consist of 2 king beds and 1 queen bed.

Guest House

The guest house is directly off of the back door of the main house. There is a small sitting area with Smart TV, a queen bedroom, a full over full bunk bedroom, and bathroom. The bunk bedroom also opens out to the patio area. The guest house also has an arcade system with over 3,500 games - NES, SNES, Atari, Neo Geo, PS1, N64, Dreamcast, Naomi/Atomiswave Arcade, Mame, GameCube, and PS2. Notable games include Mario Kart Double Dash, Mario Party 7, NBA Street Volume II, NFL, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Super Smash Brothers Melee, Simpsons Hit and Run/Road Rage, Tekken 5, Donkey Kong, Bubble Bobble, and PacMan.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in the heart of San Gabriel Valley. You’ll find yourself with plenty of eateries, whether its a delicious pizza from historic Petrillo’s or a fancy night out at Omaniku. A quick stroll down the street you’ll find Claro’s Italian Deli that’s known for their mouthwatering sandwiches. There’s numerous restaurant options to suit any appetite.

LAX = 40 minutes
Universal Studios = 30 minutes
Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm = 30 minutes

Getting Around:
Taxi, Uber, Lyft, bus station 1 block away from house.

Other Things to Note:
Gardeners service the house every other Monday in the morning. The gate will be left open for them.
