*Salty Waves* is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom open floor plan 2526 sq ft. home that is perfect for a BEACH getaway! This stunning home will welcome you to the beach with its new furnishings and beautiful decor! The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and the open floor plan is perfect for entertaining! 2 living areas allows options for gathering with the upstairs area geared for the kids!

The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobble stone streets, a community pool and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby some of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is just minutes from incredible shopping, dining and world class golf with 8 courses within five minutes.

This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation rental features:

Bedroom 2- king bed (second floor) - Sleeps 2

3 ensuite bathrooms in the 3 upstairs bedrooms (4th bathroom near the downstairs living room)

No street parking allowed. Please use only designated parking areas. Failure to comply could result in a warning, fine or towing.

ALL CARS MUST BE IN DRIVEWAY. 3 CARS MAXIMUM. NO trailers, RVs, scooters, boats, or motorcycles are permitted per Villages of Frangista HOA rules.

Guests can bring the additional chairs/umbrellas which we provide for you. Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach.

PET FEE IS $300 PLUS TAX. A MAXIMUM OF 2 *ADULT* DOGS ALLOWED – EACH 25LBS OR LESS. Inquire about larger dogs.
