We had a fantastic stay. The property was beautifully maintained, the communication with the host faultless and in an excellent spot to be close to the beach and near Coogee Common where we attended a wedding.

Beautiful big house, we had 11 people stay & there was plenty of room. Large bedrooms & bathroomsThe whole house was very clean, nice outdoor areaClose to beach, shops, eating places.Everyone enjoyed their stay.
The accommodation was faultless. Everything worked and was very clean. The host was generous with provision such as shampoo and body wash as well as very nice welcome basket. The place was very well maintained with a delightful garden of tropical plants. Although the survey referred to the national Park experience, there was no national park, but the beach was a couple of minutes walk away.Fremantle was only a 10 minute drive away. All round the place suited us for a family Christmas holiday for 12 people perfectly.
Beautiful house, lovely outside garden space and great location. Attentive owner!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Coggee Beach Oasis! We were two families and had the right amount of privacy and the right amount of family space. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions.
House was impressive and location close to the beach gave a high expectation of comfort and relaxation. Some things that we felt could improve. The first night was horrible due to the poor aircon system. No doubt temperature was unsually hot outside but it is still unreasonable to have the ac hardly cooling the hosue especially the bed rooms after 4h of running with all windows and doors closed, I wondered how one live through summer there. The host was nice enoyght to come by at 10pm to rectify but the fix was to turn off ac to the living area so air can be pushed to the bedrooms. That didnt work well. On day 2, some of us were showering and rushing for a wedding and water supply got cut off, we ended up being the last to arrive. Its not the owners fault but it further adds onto the frustration from day 1. We were also greeted daily with large cockeaches in the garade as we retun in the night. That really freaked out the the ladies. I think i wont write anymore despite other more minor issues. Overall its a nice house perhaps we were just unfortunate to encounter Murphys law. More detailed instructions (theres only a single page) and an extra set of keys will be helpful especially when the hosue is meant for more than 10 pax
