The room has everything you might need. The space is very tight but comfortable. Location is great. A 20 minute walk to the town centre. Enjoyed our stay here.

The location is easy to find, it is located on the main road of Canmore, and you can park in the basement and outdoors.The house is also well equipped, and if you stay a little longer, it would be perfect to have a washing machine and dryer. I highly recommend this family-style accommodation.

Bed Linens were covered in hair still. Missing a second towel for each guest to use the hot tub. Bath faucet is unstable and no longer attached to wall. The location and price were good but this unit needs love and linens need to be washed properly.

Just to clarify for future guests: This specific Arrival Clean was documented with 40 time-stamped photos for the 333 square foot space. There were 5 Guest Towels, plus 4 Hot Tub Towels Guests always have the option to request extras during their stay, and we’re available 24/7 to deliver anything a Guest needs. As for the bath faucet, it was secure at the time of cleaning. Immediately upon receiving a report that something was wrong, Maintenance was onsite. Crisis averted. We truly encourage guests to reach out immediately if anything is off. Waiting until checkout and then posting a review leaves us wishing we would have left the unit vacant. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to keeping this unit ready for the next guests who want a clean, comfy, and well-toweled experience.

Heaven on Earth

We stayed here for 3 days from our road trip from Calgary to Edmonton. Great spot! Canmore is special. We did what everyone else does when visiting - Banff, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Johnston Canyon, Lake Minnewanka cruise! Do it all! My first time seeing mountains like this - heaven on Earth. Thanks for a lovely, easy stay!

We had a great time. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect. We wanted a place from where we could drive in daily into Banff enjoying the scenic roads and this place was perfect. Just an hour from most major attractions. The town center was super close which was useful. Hot tub was added bonus for the kids. Over all enjoyed our stay!

Average stay. Main floor suite is not the ideal location for Falcon Crest. Room felt stuffy, hallway dark, TV initially not working but addressed. Some light bulbs need changing. I recommend staying in a larger suite on upper floors.

Positives … Front desk was very helpful. Underground parking was nice. Car wash was very nice. Guy that unclogged the bathtub was polite and knew what he was doing.Negatives … Poor communication with Rockies Rentals. Left phone message and two emails regarding issues before receiving a response. Bathtub was really clogged. Hard to believe that if the tub was cleaned from the previous guests it would not have been addressed. Closet had two chairs from the table stacked inside as well as broom, mop and bucket. Little room to hang things. There was no network TV …. Only Reruns on Pluto or use of your own steaming accounts.
