This circa 1890 home has been recently renovated to high energy performance standards with ducted ventilation and air conditioning. Relax on the north-easterly rear deck with views to the city / sky tower, or in the generous garden it is an oasis close to city living. Shops and cafes are a stroll down the road or a 2min Uber (25min walk) will take you to hip Ponsonby Road.
