The property is located just a few minutes walk from the white sandy beach in a well-kept residential complex. The bungalow is on the lower level. The living room is about 50 square meters and has a music system, TV, kitchen
with dishwasher and a spacious dining area. The large courtyard with a private pool that cannot be looked into is equipped with a parasol and garden furniture. Through the inner courtyard you reach the sleeping wing with two rooms (2 single beds and 1 double bed). The spacious daylight bathroom includes a shower and toilet. In the upper area there is a third bedroom (1 double bed) and a spacious bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, toilet and bidet. The partially covered sun terrace with fantastic sea views of the bay of Costa Calma can also be reached via the inner courtyard. Here you can have a leisurely breakfast and start or end the day in a relaxed manner.

Ideal resort for summer and winter.
The island is a popular travel destination for long-term vacationers or overwinterers.

Excellent!

Lovely property. Love the pool which is bigger than I thought. Everything else was perfect. Not given it full stars for everything because we did have a few teething issues which I am sure will be sorted. Tip - take an eye mask if you are a light sleeper like me.

Sommerurlaub

Eigentlich hatte unser Urlaub sehr holprig angefangen, da unsere Koffer durch unsere Fluggesellschaft zwei volle Tage verloren gingen. Fenny die Hausverwalterin hatte uns direkt bei Ankunft mit Handy Ladegeräten ausgeholfen. Somit konnten wir mit der Fluggesellschaft alles weitere klären. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Eine sehr gute Einbauküche sowie das schnelle Internet aber auch der nicht einsehbare Innenbereich mit Pool sind absolute Highlights! Der Strand, Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit weg. Dennoch empfehlen wir für die Inselerkundung einen Mietwagen. Letztendlich wurde der Urlaub doch noch sehr schön und wir würden uns freuen weitere Urlaube hier zu verbringen!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. In der Villa hat es an nichts gefehlt. Kommunikation vor dem Urlaub , sowie im Urlaub war stehts super. Check in und Check out waren unkompliziert. Vermieter sind super freundlich. Rundum einen Daumen hoch und absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Wundervolle Location

Unglaublich erholsam. Tolle Location, grossartige Betreuung und super Service. Gute Lage für Leute die Urlaub mit Qualität suchen. Der Pool im Hof war für uns perfekt, geschützt vor Wind und Einsicht. Jederzeit wieder.

Wunderbar

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alles zum Kochen und Backen. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Das Haus ist sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komfortabel. Im Pool konnte man sich wunderbar abkühlen. Abends sitzt man gemütlich mit Meerblick auf der Terrasse. (Ein Stück von dem Hotel hat man auch vor der Nase, stört aber absolut nicht). Zwei Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein schöner Strandabschnitt. Zum Supermarkt läuft man ca. 10 Minuten. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt. Wir wurden gut betreut und konnten sogar noch ein paar Stunden länger im Haus bleiben, da unser Rückflug erst am Abend ging. Wir kommen wieder!

Ein sehr schönes Haus

Ein absolut perfektes Haus, das mit seiner Ausstattung und Art glänzt. Die sehr hochwertige Ausstattung der Küche ist für ein Ferienhaus eher sehr selten. Das Ambiente des Hauses ist sehr hoch angesiedelt. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels durch die Verwaltung funktionierte sehr gut. Nun kommen wir zum dem Teil, den man auf den Bildern nicht sieht: Der Blick von der Terrasse: Hotel links, ziemlich nah, mit flackernden beleuchtetem Springbrunnen nachts, also ewig rauschend. Die gefühlt 100 Busse am Tag, die von morgens bis abends zu den Hotels unterwegs sind, sind stellenweise sehr nervig. Trotz allem entschädigt dieses toll ausgestattet Haus für die nicht ganz optimale Lage. Man kann den Aufenthalt dort nur empfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft mit TOP Ausstattung

Wir waren mit sechs Personen in dem Ferienhaus und konnten uns von der top Ausstattung sowie von der Sauberkeit überzeugen. Es war herrlich in der Sonne zu frühstücken und die großzügigen Badezimmer zu benutzen. Es gibt drei Zimmer. Doppelbett/zwei Einzelbetten/1,40 Bett. Das 1,40 Bett hat in der Mitte eine Absenkung. In einem Zimmer bröckelte der Putz von der Wand, was die Kinder aber nicht störte. Ebenso haben uns die Busse nicht beeinträchtigt, die nur bei leichtem Schlaf hörbar sind. Der Pool ist kalt aber hübsch anzusehen🤗. Zum Strand sind wir aufgrund eines Handycaps zwei Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Dort ist der naturbelassene Strand atemberaubend.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus!

Das Haus ist genauso schön, wie auf den Fotos bereits zu erkennen ist. Ein toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, sauber, gepflegt. Nichts kaputt oder alt. wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt . Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war prima. Am Anfang funktionierte das w-lan nicht. Wurde bereits am nächsten Tag behoben. Der Pool wurde auf unseren Wunsch hin etwas früher gereinigt. Check in und check out liefen völlig problemlos. Alles super! Vielen Dank

Entspannter Familienurlaub!

Das Haus entspricht der Objektbeschreibung, interessante Architektur und gute Ausstattung. Die Lage ist optimal, kurze Wege zum Strand und Einkaufen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Einweisung in das Appartement durch die Verwalter. Das Appartement entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung, ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Der in vorherigen Bewertungen beschriebene Geräuschpegel durch an- und abfahrende Busse ist vorhanden, aber nicht extrem und hat uns somit nicht weiter gestört. Wir kommen wieder!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ein sehr tolles Ferienhaus mit sehr schöner Aussicht auf das Meer. Es ist sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Alle E-Geräte sind von Markenhersteller und funktionieren einwandfrei. Ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl wurden uns gestellt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war angenehm. Eine Einweisung und alle wichtigen Informationen haben wir erhalten. Auch wo die nächsten Supermärkte und die Wege zu den Stränden wurde und erklärt. Wir können die Ferienwohnung mit besten Wissen weiterempfehlen!

Villa avec patio et piscine très agréable

La communication avec Suzanne est parfaite, très réactive. Un accueil au top par son mari. Ce sont deux personnes très sympathiques. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette belle villa spacieuse, tout était très propre ce qui est très agréable et pourtant je suis difficile ! Grande terrasse pour profiter du soleil, baignade dans la piscine privée. Commerces et restaurants accessibles à pied.

Very high standard apartment, extremely clean with all you need and more for your stay. Very comfortable beds. Beautifully laid out apartment. Pool entertained the children. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Wir haben uns prima erholt - endlich genug Platz für alle.

Wir waren wirklich überrascht über die sehr schöne Immobilie. Genug Platz für alle, alles TOP eingerichtet, der Innenhof schützt perfekt vor dem Wind. Eine Sache ist nicht so toll: Nachts fahren die Hotelbusse in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind doch recht laut. Mit geschlossenen Fenster ist es dann aber OK (wenn nicht zu warm).

Toller Aufenthalt, gut organisiert

Wir waren 10 Tage zum Surfen auf Fuerteventura, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, es ist alles da was man benötigt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und reagieren schnell falls man ein Problem hat.
