La Cour des Carmélites 2 is a studio located in the hyper-centre of Rennes. Close to the Jacobins Convent, Place Hoche and one of the city's commercial arteries, this flat is ideally located on the courtyard side of a quiet pedestrian street despite its strategic location.

On the ground floor of the condominium, the 27m2 flat is composed as follows
- a fully equipped kitchen area (oven, microwave, kettle, hotplates, Nespresso machine, ...)
- a functional living/bedding area with a 140cm wide sofa bed
- a dining area for 2 people
- a shower room with shower (WC in the shower room)
A garden furniture will allow you to enjoy the courtyard.

Whether you are in Rennes on business, on a family holiday or on a weekend break, you will be given a personal welcome by a member of the Cocoonr Rennes agency who will introduce you to the accommodation, the surroundings and answer any questions you may have.

Séjour agréable

Petit coin tranquille en plein centre de Rennes, attention toute fois si vous venez en voiture ,tous les parkings sont payants a moins de 10 mns a pied et encore . Logement très fonctionnel et très propre pour 2 personnes , canapé convertible de très bonne qualité .
