In the heart of the city and 5 minutes away from Saint Anne’s Square and the Congress Palace, this completely renovated apartment is located in a historic building and is a part of seven apartments.

This residence has digicode-secured entrances making it possible to arrive autonomously.

The Kipling studio, with an area of 25m2, is located on the ground floor.
It has a modern and fully equipped kitchen including: oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer and all the small appliances: nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster. An extended work plan allows you to eat your meals there.

The two double-glazed windows and the acoustic and thermal quality of the insulation will allow you to stay comfortably from a few days to several months.

The quality sofa bed is very easy to handle allowing during the day to find a living area with different coffee tables.
You will find also large-format television and its sound bar. The bathroom has a large Italian shower, a cupboard and sink, illuminating mirror with different functions, a towel dryer and a hanging toilet.

The Cocoonr Agency

The accommodation Le Kipling is managed by the Cocoonr Agency in Rennes and will be prepared for your arrival. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed is made up on your arrival.
To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Situated close to the theatre of the old Saint Etienne, the place des Lices and Saint Anne and the convent of the Jacobins, you will have the privilege to stay close to the essential places of the city.
Ideally located, a multitude of choices of outings is possible: café terraces, restaurants, Opera, or the Theatre. . .
You will not have time to get bored!

A few minutes' walk away, you will find the Lices market, a true Rennes institution, which every Saturday morning welcomes local producers as well as numerous craftsmen and women.

For nature lovers, the Parc du Thabor, the Parc des Tanneurs and the meadows of the Canal Saint-Martin offer vast green spaces conducive to family relaxation, sports and outdoor activities.

Transport:

Located 300m from the Sainte-Anne metro station and 200m from the Chezy Dinan car park with a pedestrian exit facing the building. There are also bus lines within walking distance of the building.
