Wonderfully renovated 2BD/1BA home in the Brownsville Historic District in Downtown Brownsville. Located just minutes away from the world famous Gladys Porter Zoo, this cozy home is also 1 block from the County Courthouse and 3 blocks from the police station.
It features a fully fenced backyard with a driveway for two vehicles (access from back alley). The home comes with a fully functional kitchen including all the kitchen basics for your cooking needs. Bedroom #1 has a very comfy King size bed, a Roku TV and a ceiling fan. Bedroom #2 has two (2) Full size beds, a Roku TV and a ceiling fan.
Featuring an open concept living/dining area, the home includes a dining for 6 and a sectional sofa with a large Roku TV. This house also has complimentary very fast WiFi, in-home washer/dryer, and we are pet friendly!! (fee required per pet)
