There is a full bathroom on this level with a tub and shower combination and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs. The Primary bedroom has a King-size bed, a 50 inch TV, and a large covered balcony. The attached primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a separate garden tub. The third bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a TV, and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds and an attached full bath with tub and shower combination. All bedrooms include smart TVs.
