Sleeps 10, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Guest favorite is outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Fun for everyone! 3 big flat-screen TVs, free wireless internet,
6-person hot tub, patio with charcoal grills, tables and umbrellas for outdoor cooking and dining, outdoor golf putting green, tiki bar, grassy area for badminton. In the back is also 'Granny's Gameroom', a space with bumper pool, foosball, board games, puzzles, and books. Owner even provides 6 free bikes. *(See note below regarding bikes.)

Best mid-island location. Short 3-block, 5 minute walk to beach at 7th-Street boardwalk. Beach chairs, beach buckets, shovels and toys, wagon and carts to haul your gear to beach are all provided.

Relax on 2 screened porches front and back, comfortable chairs and sofa for lounging and enjoying your Tybee Tyme.

Enjoy the colorful kitchen’s top-of-line KitchenAid stove and oven, dishwasher, countertop microwave and convection toaster ovens, garbage disposal, refrigerator. Two extra full-size refrigerators for your drinks and big stuff in garage and Granny’s Gameroom. Washer and dryer in laundry area in garage.

All the plates, bowls, mugs, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, cookware you will need. Even big pots for your shrimp and low county boils. Seat 10 or more at two farm tables and chairs in dining room and butcher block countertop.

Great family home

Tybee Queen was perfect for our family of 10! 7 adults and 3 kids. So many toys and games and even putt putt for the kids and the adults enjoyed the kitchen and dens(2) for games and tv and hanging out! We were able to grill out one night thanks to the grills and grilling utensils! There were plenty of towels and wash cloths for everyone! The beach was only three blocks away making it an easy walk and we loved having the cart to pull along for beach stuff. Thank you to Granny who shares her four generation home!

Great Time

We really enjoyed staying at the Tybee Queen. The 3rd bedroom is what to me would be a 2nd living room but the doors all shut and lock and ended up being a great bedroom with space for our 17 year old! Lots of towels! Space was great. The front porch was our favorite along with the back yard! Lots of extras in the garage for the beach. Granny's Game room was used for an extra bedroom space as well and this worked out great! My only suggestion would be to update/add to the pots and pans. There was only 2 skillets and neither one was non-stick. Loved the extra fridges available. Plenty of parking area for our cars and golf-carts. The location is fantastic with a quick walk to the ocean. Thank you!

Great vacation

We always love vacationing on Tybee Island. My Tybee Queen is an absolutely wonderful property. Tons of fun games, room to spread out and short distance to the beach!
