With an open floor plan, roomy layout, and recent renovations full of mountain charm, it's perfect for fun and relaxation. Stroll to snow play, Oktoberfest, or the lake, and take just a few minutes' drive to the ski slopes, shops, restaurants, Alpine Zoo, and the Village. Adventure (and cozy vibes) await!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1,600+ sq ft home with living room, gas fireplace, smart TV, ceiling fan, dining table, bar seating, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 Bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, futon, smart TV, and private bath with shower and double sinks. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Foosball in living room. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Back deck with hot tub, patio furniture, and gas barbecue. Property has a fully fenced yard.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

Cozy and CLEAN

I have stayed at many big bear homes and this home clearly shows the homeowners love their residence. It's clean, cozy, and feels like home away from home. I don't travel well so to have stayed here was amazing and made me feel very comfortable.
