Messaging host / company was sometimes a few days wait until reply .Sleeping / bedding arrangements were not ideal for 8 adults - the sofa-bed in front sunroom was not suitable for 2 large adults . Lower “double” bunk in the granny flat 2nd bedroom was also very limited for 2 adults ( due to the decorative shelf that takes up bed width .Our recommendation would be to advertise it as “sleeps 6 adults” …the sofa bed needs to be replaced by another alternative & comfortable bed .BBQ was dirty from previous guests . DVD player in rear lounge area does not work .Overall we had a pleasant stay with our extended family . Closeness to beach & nearby Callala Bay was a plus .

Regarding bedding, all properties are accurately described in terms of capacity and configuration, but we appreciate your note on comfort preferences. Sofa beds and bunk beds are often best suited to children or smaller adults, and your comments will be passed on for review of future listing clarity and furnishing updates.
We also remind guests that if any item—such as the BBQ or a device—is not clean or functioning properly, or if support is needed during the stay, prompt contact using the information in the guest guide allows us to assist quickly.

Lovely area but we would choose a different house next time.
Overall we did enjoy our stay but would choose a different house next time. It’s just a short walk to Callala beach which is a lovely area. We did unfortunately find a few issues with the property. Keys didn’t work we had to use the cleaners key. Listing stated 2.5 bathrooms which it does have but picture shows 3 toilets there is only 2. No plug for the bath. BBQ needs a good clean! No door on the bunk room in the granny flat which is not ideal when positioned right next to a bathroom. Last of all if it is raining heavily at night don’t sleep in the king bed in granny flat as it’s like a tin shed and soooo loud no one could sleep.

The listing accurately states 2.5 bathrooms, but we’ll review the photo to ensure clarity. The missing bath plug will be addressed, and we’ll arrange for the BBQ to be thoroughly cleaned.
As for the bunk room in the granny flat, it is designed as an open space, but we understand your concerns and will consider potential improvements. We also acknowledge that the granny flat’s roof may amplify rain noise, which, unfortunately, is a natural characteristic of that structure.
