Please note: This apartment is located on the ground level, offering easy access with no stairs. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises. For a peaceful stay, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Please refrain from cooking seafood (including lobster) inside the apartment. Only registered guests are allowed during quiet hours. A maximum of one dog, up to 25 lbs, is allowed. Pets are not permitted on sofas or beds and must not be left unattended.
