Nice Stay

Relatively quite area for beachside. Great long walks on the beach to the north end of the island. Unit clean and cozy with a eastward view and a slight glimpse of the "Gulf of America" from the balcony.

A couple issues not handled well. Primarily we couldn't turn off the water for 2 days until another resident told us about the main cut off under the kitchen sink.Also, we had only cold water for a couple days until we saw the breaker for the hot water had been cut off.Finally, we were locked out of the unit for 4 hours due to a faulty battery in the door punch pad. It took too long to resolve this.Given these issues we felt we should have received some sort of refund

Estero Blvd

Location was perfect. Unit was comfortable, but needs updating. Elevators went out a few times during our stay. A peaceful and quiet environment.
