About this property

Beautiful condo on the Beach with Heated Pool, Pickleball, free WiFi & parking!

Our 4th floor condo in building A has an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, butcher block island with 3 bar stools, plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils and small appliances (listed below). The bedroom has a King size Serta pillow top mattress, bedding, dresser, desk with chair, nightstands, ceiling fan with wall mounted 32' TV. There is a room divider to separate the bedroom from the living area. Full memory foam sleeper sofa in living area, has 55' TV and DVD player.
The Bathroom has a 36 inch vanity with granite top. a new 5 ft tiled walk-in shower, sliding glass mirrored closets doors, with a large closet that has plenty of towels for your use!
For your convenience we also have beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, noodles, and games, videos and books!
Estero Beach and Tennis Club is situated on 10 lush tropical acres at the southern end of Fort Myers with 7 miles of the finest white sand in the world. Walk out your back door and enjoy the wildlife that can be seen in the estuary on the way to the beach. We have a beautiful heated pool, New tennis and pickleball courts, gas grills, shuffleboard and a laundry area.
If you choose to go off the property no worries, you dont need a car or taxi, simply walk across the street to Santina Plaza and enjoy many restaurants and shopping. There is a 7 Eleven and CVS right next door. Fish Tale Marina also across the street where you can rent boats, kayaks, and do dolphin tours! If your looking for more adventure you can take the island trolley for 75 cents which stops right in front of our place and takes you up and down the 7 miles of Ft Myers Beach. To the north end is the popular Time Square and to the south is Lovers Key State park. There is also a Publix grocery store 2 miles north.
Fort Myers is centrally located, only minutes to Bonita/Naples to the South and Sanibel/Captiva to the north. You will never run out of things to do! We are just 29 miles from Fort Myers Airport. The property is beautiful and well kept. Easy access to the pool and beach. As well as the grill. The unit itself was exceptionally clean. It also had all the amenities that we needed. I would highly recommend this rental and we will definitely go there again!! The hosts were so easy to work with and communicated very well with us. The host always got back to me immediately answering all of my questions!!

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean and welcoming. The property is peaceful and everyone was very friendly. The pool was great. The beach was clean and peaceful. Beach chairs, cooler and towels were provided which was a great amenity. We ate at some awesome restaurants and on 2 days during the week there was a Farmers Market across the street where we you can pick up breakfast and lunch. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The studio was clean but much smaller than I had anticipated. It was a street view and closer to the elevators, which we could hear.The biggest plus was the building was right on this beautiful beach, anyone we met in the building was friendly and close enough to Fort Myers for restaurants and other activities.

A quiet and beautiful location. Had a very nice stay.

We love going to Fort Myers. Only thing that would have made it better is if the air conditioning would have worked better. Overall beautiful location.

Could not ask for more! Perfect for a stay for my daughter and me!Owners were beyond kind and sweet. No issues. Accommodating with a late check-in, as our flight arrived late at night.Unit and grounds were pristine. Pool was excellent - heated and clean. Beach was gorgeous. Visitors and residents were very friendly and welcoming.Right across the street from the farmer’s market and shopping plaza - coffee, surf store, boutiques, restaurant.Would stay here again in a heartbeat - thinking about booking a couple more times for the summer and next spring break again! Loved it! Highly recommend for a small family or smaller traveling party!

Great stay!!

Beautiful condo on the beach in Fort Myers. Very clean and the beach was a two minute walk from the lobby. Trolley stop was right across the street and many restaurants were open. Still lots of storm cleanup going on but it didn’t interfere with our vacation at all! We will use this place again!!

May getaway

The condo is on the quiet end of Estero Island. The beach has been beautifully restored post hurricanes. Although the businesses in the area are still recovering we found everything we needed nearby. Keith and Melissa are awesome hosts. We highly recommend the condo.
