Welcome to our cozy home, with two bedrooms and a private full bath. This is a shared space with two owners of the home. Perfect for families or groups of up to four! Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, our clean and comfortable space awaits you. Each bedroom features a quality bed, sheets, and comforters, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

You'll find a spacious bonus room equipped with a large sectional couch and a big-screen TV, complete with Netflix and Amazon Prime for your entertainment. The full bathroom is just steps away from both bedrooms, and there’s an additional half bath on the main floor for your convenience.

Enjoy the ease of free street parking and Wi-Fi throughout the house. Each room has a secure lock on the door, providing you peace of mind during your stay.
Our location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and city explorers alike. A quick five-minute walk will take you to the C-Train, making it easy to reach downtown in just 30 minutes or a short 20-minute drive. The stunning mountains are just an hour away in Canmore and 1 hour and 15 minutes to Banff, perfect for day trips.

I we did like the place. When we arrived, it was hard to find the place as there was no light to see the house number, and on a dark night hard to see where to go. The other suggestion woud be to add a topper to the bed on the right beside the TV. It was a bit too hard for the ones sleeping in this room.
