Great for pets, perhaps not so good for humans

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was fine overall, with just a few little niggles. The dishwasher needed cleaning so our first wash came out dirtier than it went in. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have a washing machine. It's a good location and the walk to the beach plus the steep driveway and steps up to the house kept us fit.

Thank you for your review. Your feedback is important to us. Our management staff are always on call to attend to any niggling issues during your stay, they are just a phone call away. Apologies for the dishwasher not cleaning properly, we have serviced this, but we will get our cleaner to run another deep clean cycle through. We are glad that you loved the location. We do mention as best we can that the property has a steep driveway and stairs on the listing as well as the photos, for you to determine whether this is suitable before booking.

This home was great for our family and dog for the week. It had everything we needed and the location was brilliant - walking distance to local shops, coffee and dog friendly beach. The deck was a lovely place to be, especially in the mornings when it caught the autumn sun. The bedrooms and living space were a little on the small side for our family of two teenagers however the price point was really reasonable. Thanks for a great stay!

Great house packed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Peaceful location and walking distance to the local shops and dog friendly beach which our Rocket absolutely loved! Large balcony to relax on, enjoy the birdlife and breeze (and we were thrilled to see a koala!!). Definitely recommend Paws n Relax-thanks for making our trip so memorable!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall just really average. Bins were full and couldn't be used. Garage was locked and not to be used. Assuming it was the cleaner there at 1pm on the day we went in which was weird because we didn't go in off the back of another booking. Plates, glasses and cutlery all weren't clean, sorry, but having baked on bits of food and marks over the glasses isn't clean. Saucepans had a film of grease on them. Mian bed could do with a replacement. I get it, the owners have these properties on the holiday market to maximise return and use the property for themselves in between bookings but it was just tired.

Thank you for your review. Your feedback is important to us. The home is professionally cleaned however unfortunately the bins are on a council schedule which means when we have back to back bookings as we did, they are sometimes full from the previous guest. We do apologise for this inconvenience. On our listing is clearly stated that the garage is not for use as well as half the house being in original condition. Please understand that before booking and that our prices are reflected accordingly. We have followed up with your other feedback, including servicing the dishwasher and purchasing some new bedding for the master bedroom which we do regularly as it gets the most guest use.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfectly located in a quiet street close to beaches, coffee shop and super market. Its a comfortable cottage with a large north facing outdoor area. Pet friendly. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchens and clean bathroom. The only thing i could suggest is a gate above the internal and external stairwells. Property agent was very responsive and helpful

Delightful Modern Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a delightful beach themed and lovingly prepared holiday home. My dogs and I were lucky enough to have stayed 6 weeks there. Sun drenched HUGE balcony, three great size bedrooms and modern kitchen. The owners have gone to great effort to think of absolutely anything you could want in the home making it seem very much like your home away from home. Loved our stay and just adored the owners I was lucky enough to meet. Delightful!!! HIGHLY recommended!!!
