Come and stay at 176 where you can enjoy the beautiful view of Mayor Island and the rolling sea. Only 300 steps from the front door to the best stretch of sandy beach at Waihi Beach where you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, boogieboarding and building sandcastles.

From the front door you are only 2kms to the Waihi Beach Village, 5kms to the lovely sheltered Anzac Cove and local Fishing Club, and 5kms to the Waihi Beach Surfclub and nature walks to Orokawa and Homunga Bays.

Waihi Beach is situated between Katikati and Waihi. The Village is well stocked with amenities, 4 Square, Village Grocer, Cafes, Clothing stores, Gym. Waihi Golf Course is a short 10kms from the beach.

Great property with heaps of space and lovely outdoor areas. We loved the view and the beach was so close.

My family and I have lived at Waihi Beach for over 20 years. Our little stretch of beach is very safe for families to come and enjoy all year round. We have recently renovated our home and would like to share it with others.

Why they chose this property

In all kinds of weather, the view out to sea is spectacular. Whether it's a beautiful sunny day or a stormy night there is always lots to see. There are plenty of areas for safe walking or biking.

What makes this property unique

The property is fully fenced with a gate across the driveway, making it safe for children to play in. Guests are able to park their cars inside the property.
