On the first floor:
- Living-dining room with a large dining table and its 6 seats, 3 armchairs, coffee table, buffet and a library overlooking the green garden.
- Large enclosed wooden kitchen fully equipped with: dining table, chairs, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, hotplates, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes and cutlery.
- Laundry room: storage space, washing machine and dryer
- Master suite with double bed and its bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.

On the first floor :
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed 160 x 200 cm
- Room 3 with a double bed 140 x 190 cm
- Room 4 with a single bed 110 x 190 cm, ideal for a child
- Bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- Beautiful unfenced garden of 1,500 m² with fruit trees, to enjoy a relaxing moment
- Terrace of 10 m² facing west with a table and chairs and an electric blind to enjoy a shady meal.
- Possibility to park two cars in the garden. Free parking spaces in the street.
